Additional Information

To ensure your branches are at their peak on your event day, monitor their bloom stage closely. If blooms are still tight and you want them to open more, place them in a warm room around 75°F. If they're blooming faster than you'd like, slow the process by keeping them in a cool room out of direct sunlight.
Blooming branches will arrive with both closed and opened blooms.

Please Note

Branches are a product of mother nature and will vary in shape, form, and hue. The branches sold in this package are natural and each will have a unique shape and form.

Package contents and prices are based on availability and may change due to weather and market conditions. If a substitution is necessary, we take great care to ensure your order closely matches your original flower choice, even if this means substituting flowers of higher value. While we will make every effort to contact you, there may be rare instances where we are unable to reach you in time. In such cases, we may proceed with substitutions to ensure your order ships on schedule, even without prior verbal confirmation.

Caring for Blooming Branches

Blooming branches are shipped fresh directly from our farms to your doorstep. If your stems appear "sleepy" or "thirsty" after their journey, this is completely normal. Follow the steps below to help them rehydrate and bloom beautifully.

Branch Care Steps – From Arrival to Use

Step 1: Unpack and Inspect

  • Unpack Promptly: Open your boxes as soon as they arrive and remove any straps or outer packaging such as foam or paper.

  • Inspect Your Branches: Look over your stems for any concerns before continuing with processing.

Step 2: Prepare the Containers

  • Use Clean Buckets: Choose buckets or containers that are clean and free from soap residue or bacteria. Rinse with warm water if needed.

  • Add Water: Fill each container with at least 4 inches of fresh, cool water. If flower food is available, follow the packet directions and mix it in.

Step 3: Trim and Place in Water

  • Remove Packaging: Take off any rubber bands or plastic sleeves protecting the branches.

  • Remove Foliage Below the Waterline: Strip any leaves that will fall below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth.

  • Trim the Stems: Use clean, sharp floral shears or scissors to cut about 1 inch off each stem at a diagonal under cool running water. Avoid using household scissors, which can crush the stems and limit water absorption.

  • Place Immediately: After trimming, place the stems directly into the prepared water.

Step 4: Hydrate and Maintain

  • Hydration Time: Allow branches to hydrate for at least 4 hours — 8 to 12 hours is ideal.

  • Monitor Water Levels: Branches drink heavily when they first arrive, so check water levels frequently and refill as needed.

  • Avoid Overcrowding: Ensure each container has enough space for the number of stems you're processing. Overcrowding can lead to damaged branches or buds.

  • Encourage Blooming: To promote blooming, place your hydrated branches in a warm room with bright, indirect light. If needed, you can also move them outside to a sunny, sheltered spot for a few hours — warmth and sunlight will help encourage the buds to open.

Step 5: Refresh and Use

  • Change Water Daily: Refresh the water every 24 hours to keep your branches fresh and bacteria-free until use.

Opposites Attract

My husband and I could not be more different. I love flowers, bright and happy colors, and he loves all things dark and somber, so finding a wedding color pallet that worked for us both was quite an adventure. Since we picked burgundy and black as our June wedding colors, I heavily relied on the flowers to lighten the mood. The venue was a spacious and elegant room, so I knew I would need a lot of flowers at an affordable price, so of course, I went with FiftyFlowers. I have used them in the past, and they were so helpful, and their flowers are gorgeous!

I could not have been happier with their customer service. The day the first set of my flowers arrived a shipping error at the warehouse sent me the wrong color spray roses. The customer service team was so helpful and had the issue resolved within a matter of minutes. The resulting bouquets turned out better than I even imagined.

Upon arrival, the dahlias, in particular, needed some water and a little bit of love. We followed the instructions from FiftyFlowers and gave them a day to recover. By the next day, they were perky and ready to be put into bouquets.

We broke up the Snow White centerpieces and other flowers by flower type and then recombined them using a mix of the white roses, spray roses, dahlias, peonies to give my centerpieces body and depth, then we used the stock to create a bit of height, and we used the eucalyptus to add some greenery.

For the bridesmaid's bouquets, we used a combination of the baby's breath (from the Snow White centerpieces) the pink spray roses (the accidental shipment) and the stock to create a light and delicate bouquet to offset the dark bridesmaid's dresses.

Finally, my bouquet had white roses, white spray roses, stock, dahlias, and two of the biggest most beautiful peonies I had ever seen in my life.

I got so many compliments on the flowers, people even asked to take the centerpieces home. If you are looking for incredible flowers at an affordable price, FiftyFlowers is precisely that.

Cherry blossom branches

I liked the outreach from customer service. The flowers themselves though were lacking. At least 2 branches didn't even bloom. When they arrived tons of buds just fell off.

Hi Elizabeth,

We’re glad you felt supported by our customer service team. We're sorry to hear about the branches not meeting our standards. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive less than satisfactory branches.

Please remember that if you're not happy with your flowers after you've hydrated them, you can let us know within 24 hours and we'll fix it. We're always happy to make things right!

In case there are any questions or concerns in the future, please feel free to reach us at 1877 50 ROSES or go to our help center: https://help.fiftyflowers.com/en-US

I was so excited when I placed my order for these because 1) I am a HUGE Cherry Blossom fan and 2) they were for a bridal shoot I was photographing. When I received them from FedEx, I opened the box and was very disappointed to see that 4 branches were broken. I went ahead and trimmed the ends and placed them in 3-4 inches of water like I was told to from a rep at Fifty Flowers. I waited a few days and they still hadn't bloomed, so I placed them outside in the sunshine/warmer weather to see if that would help. My event day was coming up soon and I still hadn't seen much change. It's now two days after my shoot and they are still not fully bloomed and don't look anything like they do on the website, which of course doesn't surprise me at all. I was really, really disappointed since I paid $119.99 for these and I wasn't able to use them for my shoot. I don't recommend buying these.
