FiftyFlowers is responsible for the quality offlowers that you receive. The 100% Fresh Quality Guarantee pertains to your flower shipment's general quality and freshness. We guarantee that your flowers will be delivered fresh-cut and ready for preparation and hydration in freshwater. All flowers require hydration after shipping, and we request that all customers immediately and carefully prep the flowers and let them hydrate for aminimum of 2 hours.
Follow the Flower Care & Preparation Guide instructions to qualify for this guarantee. It is the customer's responsibilityto care for flowers properly. FiftyFlowers is not liable for products mishandled by clients. Each product page explains what to expect and how to prep,hydrate, and bloom your flowers. Depending on the type of flowers you order,there can be a substantial visible difference in the appearance of the flowersafter they have time to hydrate and bloom. As you prep your flowers, and trimaway the leaves, stems, and extra greenery, you will probably toss out a few stems. Just like the florists do!
Shipping & Delivery
The customer must agree to our delivery date suggestions. Our customer service team will contact you by phone and email to inform you of any necessary requested changes. If you do not approve our recommended delivery date change, that portion of your order will not qualify for the quality guarantee. For example, we may suggest Thursday instead of Friday to allow more time for the flowers to bloom. We also recommend that our customers, or a representative, be present for delivery. A signature may or may not be required at the time of delivery. FiftyFlowers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products due to being left in inclement weather, FedEx or DHL delays, delays due to Customs and Agricultural inspections, or other natural acts.
Flowers are a natural product and therefore demonstrate some uniqueness, including spots and variations in color. Our 100%Fresh Quality Guarantee does not include the natural variations and imperfections that occur. FiftyFlowers does not guarantee that every stem will be the same. There may be a few stems that you do not include in your arrangements to create a more consistent display. This is part of the preparation and design process.
If you are dissatisfied with your flower shipment, please contact FiftyFlowers IMMEDIATELY after opening your boxes bycalling 1-877-507-6737 AND emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. All complaints must be communicated verbally within 24 hours of receipt of the product. To process your claim, we will request digital pictures and the return of all products (for quality inspection). We cannot accept your claim or grant a refund otherwise.
Changes to Your Order
If you want to change your flower order, please contact us seven days before the scheduled delivery date. We might need sufficient notice to make changes. There is a $10 fee to adjust the delivery address, and we cannot guarantee the cancelation of already labeled or shipped flowers. Please read our Refund Policy for more information.
