Our love story is a classic. I met Angel on my first shift at work in Las Vegas, NV 2018. I was new so everyone in the restaurant introduced themselves to me, everyone except Angel that is. After being overwhelmed with people I realized there was a cute guy polishing cups on the side of the bar, one I haven't met yet. We made eye contact and I went over and held out my hand. "Hi, my name is Bri." I smiled at him. He smiled, shook my hand and said his name is Angel. I noticed he had dark hair and a long beard I thought was pretty nice. Really pretty smile that caught my attention. Our conversations sparked right from the beginning and we quickly became friends. He introduced me to the rest of our coworkers and we all decided to get a drink after work so I could get to know everyone and I quickly fit in. We decided to go to Coyote Ugly which was famously known from the movie, where they played good music and the bartenders danced on the bar. It was a good time! I danced with Angel all night long, we really had a fun time together. As the night passed, we got a little closer and before you knew it, we were kissing by the bar. Not something you expect to happen after your first shift on a new job meeting all your new coworkers.

Our friendship continued as the months went on but I decided to move things at a slower pace and I ghosted him a couple times out of fear of being in a new relationship so quickly after meeting. But Angel was persistent. We would go on dates a couples times here and there, and he always treated me so well. Eventually around thanksgiving it finally clicked for me. "I should be dating this guy." As I talked about him to my roommate, to which she then suggested that I invite him over that night and see how it goes. I invited him over, and after that night we never left each other alone. We started dating two weeks later and after 3 years of dating we were engaged at Yosemite National Park 2021. It was absolutely beautiful. On 10-15-23 we were married in Las Vegas with all of our family and friends at a beautiful venue called Rainbow Gardens. And it was one of the best days of our life!

Our flowers are shipped directly from our farms to your doorstep. Before shipping your flowers, we prepare them for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your flowers appear sleepy and thirsty after their journey it is absolutely NORMALFollow these simple steps to ensure your flowers have the proper care.

  1. When your boxes arrive, it is important that you get your flowers in water as quickly as possible. Open your boxes and remove any protective packaging, such as foam or paper.
  2. Inspect your flowers.*
  3. Gather buckets or containers to hold the flowers. Ensure your buckets or containers are very clean. We recommend rinsing them with warm water.
  4. Fill the containers with at least 4 inches of fresh, cold water. If flower food is available, follow the package directions for adding it to the water.
  5. Cut any straps and remove flowers from the box. Remove any rubber bands or plastic sleeves securing flower bunches together.
  6. Remove any foliage that would fall below the waterline. Leaves below the waterline may cause bacteria to form, shortening the life of your flowers.
  7. Using sharp flower shears or scissors, cut stems diagonally under cool, running water. Cut about an inch off of each stem.
  8. Immediately after cutting the stem, place the flower in the prepared water.
  9. Ensure that you have sufficient room in each bucket for the amount of stems you will be storing. Do not overcrowd your containers. Overcrowding may damage stems and blooms and effect the blooming process.
  10. Allow flowers at least 4 hours to hydrate, flowers may take up to 12 hours to properly hydrate. Periodically check the water levels, flowers drink a lot of water when they first arrive and the water may need to be refilled.
  11. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts or extreme temperatures. Flowers should be stored in a cool, dry area until ready to use.
  12. Change water every 24 hours to keep flowers fresh.

*If upon first inspection, you foresee a problem with your flowers, do not proceed processing your order. Leave the flowers intact in the box and call us immediately at 1-877-50 ROSES (507-6737)
