Please Note
Your flowers will arrive looking thirsty and sleepy. This is absolutely NORMAL. Please see our Flower Care tab on this page to learn how to properly care for and handle your flowers.
As flowers are a natural product of Mother Nature and monitor resolutions can differ, the exact color tones of this flower may vary to some degree.
Package contents and prices are based on availability and may change due to weather and market conditions. If a substitution is necessary, we take great care to ensure your order closely matches your original flower choice, even if this means substituting flowers of higher value. While we will make every effort to contact you, there may be rare instances where we are unable to reach you in time. In such cases, we may proceed with substitutions to ensure your order ships on schedule, even without prior verbal confirmation.
Wedding Collection Care Instructions
Your Wedding Collection flowers are shipped direct from our farms to your doorstep. Before shipping your flowers, we prepare them for their journey with proper hydration methods. For your convenience, a Care Instructions card will accompany your flowers. Please follow the instructions below to ensure proper care and handling.
Note: Depending on which package you selected — Minimony or Intimate — the quantity and types of flowers in your box will vary. Care instructions below apply to all included items.
Step 1: Unpack and Inspect
Upon delivery, bring your flowers indoors immediately.
Use scissors to cut and remove all outer plastic straps.
Carefully open the box and inspect your flowers to verify contents match your order.
Step 2: Remove from Packaging
Your arrangements are secured to an inner tray. For easier removal, one person should hold the box while another pulls the tray upward to release it from the outer structure.
Once removed, discard the outer portion of the box.
Begin removing the arrangements from the tray, starting with the smaller pieces (boutonnieres and corsages). Take care not to bump or damage any of the arrangements.
Step 3: Hydrate the Flowers
Boutonnieres & Corsages
Remove each piece with its water tube still attached.
Hold the bottom of the tube in one hand and the upper lip in the other, then gently push and pull to slide it out of the tray.
Do not tug on the flower arrangement itself.
Pull back the soft plastic top of the water tube, leaving the flowers in place.
Remove the cotton wrap and fill the tube with fresh water mixed with flower food.
Replace the plastic top and seal gently. Do not squeeze or press on the flowers.
Store all boutonnieres and corsages in the refrigerator, away from fruits and vegetables, which emit damaging ethylene gas.
Ensure refrigerator temperature stays above 40°F to prevent freezing.
Bouquets
Before removing, prepare vases or containers with 3 to 4 inches of cool water mixed with flower food.
Remove each bouquet by firmly holding the stems and unfastening the Velcro strap securing it to the tray.
Remove all wrapping, including the plastic bag and sponge that kept it hydrated in transit. Discard all wrapping materials.
Immediately place the bouquet into the prepared vase.
Make sure the water level stays below the ribbon or decorative wrap to prevent staining or damage.
Add fresh water daily as needed.
Do not refrigerate bouquets. Store them in a cool, dry area.
Step 4: Storage
Store all items in a cool, dry location with a room temperature between 35°F and 70°F.
Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts, and extreme heat or cold to maintain freshness until ready to use.
