Beautiful flowers, but issues with the olive branches

This was my third time placing an order of $1,000 or more through Fifty Flowers. I’ve always been super impressed with the variety and quality of the flowers. We always do our due diligence to get flowers and greenery in water right away and normally have no issues with flowers lasting 2 to 4 days until the wedding date even with more fragile varieties like ranunculus and sweet pea. The only issue we had this time around was with the olive branch greenery. Over half of it curled up by the second day and was completely unusable even though all of it was kept submerged in water until the time of arranging. I ended up having to sort each bundle of stems to collect ones that could still be preserved for arranging. The rest I had to throw away which was sad because the family had wanted leftover branches to be used on the food tables.

Website said to order 4 days before event, all the roses are already opened. Ruined my wedding.
