Absolutely great communocatiom and the flowers were beautiful and fresh! We receiced them on Thursday for a sunday baby shower and they were perfect!

Great color and quality. I think maybe the instruction card should include the address to a video on "what to do when your flowers arrive". I thought the instruction card was fairly vague so I looked up some videos on you tube and found one that gave some great explantions: put them in water with in 30 seconds of cutting the ends, How much water etc. How the greenery leaves should not touch. Things like that that are helpful to people who don't know anything about caring for flowers. But overall they were great!

Overall, great experience

Overall, great experience. Flower quality was great and the flowers arrived 3 days before event, and a week later — they’re still going strong.

My only issue was with shipping — somewhat outside of control. I received shipping information of the flowers arriving in the USA, marked as delivered, rather than from the US touch point to my address. This added confusion. There was additional confusion when the flowers arrived, and it was only half of the flowers. I was unaware that it was shipping in two packages with two different carriers. Customer support helped navigate all of this which I was thankful for — but again, room for improvement.

My only other suggestion would be to have a picture of what the arranged flowers looked like. As I was arranging I constantly was referencing my phone and website. A tutorial card, or at the very least a picture of the floral assembled would be a huge help!

Great experience for Celebration of Life event

Received the order and all the bouquets were beautiful and looked fresh. We trimmed the stems and go them in water with the enclosed plant food right away and they looked beautiful. Received the delivery on a Friday and our event was on a Sunday. Fifty Flowers encouraged us to have the flowers delivered on a Thursday instead of Friday, which I declined to avoid drooping. Glad I made that choice as the flowers were at their peak of beauty for our event.
