We ordered these for use in the sanctuary floral decorations during Christmastide (Dec 25th - Feb 1st) at our church. Our priest won't allow anything but real flowers (and Christmas trees), so we were looking for something with as long a life as possible so as to stretch our budget and not have to buy a bunch of new flowers each week. We have used them for THREE Christmas seasons now as well as Easter and other special Holy Days. They are getting a little ruffled on the edges now, but that just makes them look like a different variety, also some have lost a few petals and that just makes them into rose buds. We have been so pleased with them and their longevity that we ordered the gold ones this past Christmas and they are gorgeous! At first we were very careful to pack them back in their box, but we started using them so often they just sit in a vase waiting for the next time we use them. We put some into little aquatubes (minus the water) so we could use them in a fresh garland on the Christmas trees. We've hot glue gunned others to faux stems. We found that wiring to a false stem doesn't work well. I highly recommend the preserved roses. The white are a pure, bright white. And fellow parishioners wonder how we get our roses to last so long! LOL
