Midnight Black DecoBeads

Wholesale Prices | Delivered Fresh

Midnight Black DecoBeads are an innovative way to incorporate color as well as style in your flower arrangements. Decobeads are hard pebble sized balls that you prepare by soaking in water; over a 5 hour time lapse, the small hard pebbles will turn into colorful marble sized soft gel balls that are used as a decorative accent in the bottom of your vases. This 8 ounce jar will make over 6 gallons of Midnight Black DecoBeads. Ideal for accenting a black color scheme as well as adding a fun and innovated idea to your event.

Availability: Year-Round

Product Details

  • Each 8 oz jar makes over 6 gallons of DecoBeads.
  • Can be fully hydrated in one large batch, or portioned out to mix only what you need at a time.
  • Beads expand to over a half inch in diameter once hydrated.
  • A more affordable and visually appealing alternative to marbles or stones.
  • Non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
  • DecoBeads do not hydrate fresh flowers. Add water to your vase so stems can absorb what they need.

How To Use

  • Add one ounce of beads (about 2 level tablespoons) to one gallon of water. For smaller amounts, use one tablespoon per 2 quarts. Let the beads soak for about 4 hours until fully expanded, then strain out any excess water using a colander or strainer.
  • When arranging in a vase, start by adding about three-quarters of the finished beads. Then pour in water until there's roughly one inch of water sitting at the bottom. Add the remaining beads on top. To ensure flowers stay hydrated, diagonally cut the stems and insert them so they reach the water beneath the beads.

Helpful Tips

  • Refresh beads by adding more water if they begin to dry out.
  • After extended use, beads can be rinsed with hot water while in a strainer.
  • Colored beads may fade over time, especially if overhydrated or mixed with too much water.
  • To layer different colors, place wax paper or plastic wrap between each section.
  • Stick to the recommended water-to-bead ratio for best results.

Please Note

Package contents and prices are based on availability and may change due to weather and market conditions. If a substitution is necessary, we take great care to ensure your order closely matches your original choice, even if this means substituting items of higher value. While we will make every effort to contact you, there may be rare instances where we are unable to reach you in time. In such cases, we may proceed with substitutions to ensure your order ships on schedule, even without prior verbal confirmation.
