Please Note
Your flowers will arrive looking thirsty and sleepy. This is absolutely NORMAL. Please see our Flower Care tab on this page to learn how to properly care for and handle your flowers.
As flowers are a natural product of Mother Nature and monitor resolutions can differ, the exact color tones of this flower may vary to some degree.
Package contents and prices are based on availability and may change due to weather and market conditions. If a substitution is necessary, we take great care to ensure your order closely matches your original flower choice, even if this means substituting flowers of higher value. While we will make every effort to contact you, there may be rare instances where we are unable to reach you in time. In such cases, we may proceed with substitutions to ensure your order ships on schedule, even without prior verbal confirmation.
Caring for Your Wedding Collection
Your Wedding Collection flowers are shipped directly from our farms to your doorstep. Each piece is pre-arranged, hydrated, and carefully packaged to arrive fresh and event-ready. A printed care instructions card will accompany your order. Follow the steps below to ensure your bouquet and boutonniere stay at their best.
Step 1: Unbox and Inspect
Bring your flowers indoors immediately upon delivery.
Use scissors to remove any outer plastic straps.
Open the box and carefully lift out the inner tray. We recommend having someone assist you while you hold the outer box steady.
Begin by removing the boutonniere, then carefully lift out the bouquet. Take care not to bump or jostle either piece.
Step 2: Hydrate the Boutonniere
Keep the boutonniere in its water tube.
Hold the tube in one hand and the plastic cap in the other. Gently pull both upward to separate them, without touching or applying pressure to the flowers.
Remove the cotton wrap from the stems, fill the water tube with fresh water mixed with flower food, and reseal.
Store the boutonniere in a refrigerator above 40°F, away from fruits and vegetables (which release ethylene gas that may damage flowers).
Step 3: Hydrate the Bouquet
Prepare a clean vase or container with 3–4 inches of cool water and mix in flower food.
Remove all outer wrapping from the bouquet, including any plastic bag or sponge. Discard these items.
Place the bouquet in the prepared vase. Make sure the water level stays below the ribbon or decorative wrap.
Do not refrigerate the bouquet. This is not necessary.
Check the water level daily and refill as needed to maintain freshness.
Step 4: Storage Guidelines
Store both items in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight and away from drafts or heat sources.
Ideal room temperature is between 35°F and 70°F. Avoid freezing temperatures and excessive warmth to help extend flower life.
