In addition to what you already know, here are some extra tips for total success:

  • Inspect your flowers upon arrival - what does this mean - open up the boxes and take a look. If there is moisture in the bouquets,
    they will need to be unpacked, cut and put in water.
  • If not, it is okay to store your flowers in the box in a cool, dark place (not freezing however can be close) for 24 hours.
  • Do not store in a veggie or fruit coolers.
  • When cutting the stems, do not cut or remove the rubber bands, they keep the bouquet intact.
  • Arrangements need to be hydrated at least 4 hours before dispatching.
  • Keep your bouquets away from direct sunlight or any direct air vents.
