With a background in Finance and Marketing and a master’s degree in International Business, she has also lived in Spain and Brazil, enriching her global perspective. Ale is married and a proud mother to two daughters, Emilu (6) and Valentina (3). As a Virgo and a top performer in both the Kolbe and Culture Index tests, Ale is known for her leadership, strong organizational skills, and ability to drive results.
