Unpacking and Initial Inspection: Open the box carefully and remove any straps securing the wreath. Inspect the wreath for any noticeable issues upon arrival. If you notice any, keep it intact in the box and contact us immediately at 1-877-50-ROSES (507-6737) for assistance.

Storage Before Use: Keep the wreaths in the box and store them in a cool, dry place if you’re not displaying them right away. Avoid misting with water while they are stored in the box, as this can cause condensation. Please limit storage in the box to no more than five days.
