Please Note
Your flowers will arrive looking thirsty and sleepy. This is absolutely NORMAL. Please see our Flower Care tab on this page to learn how to properly care for and handle your flowers.
Package contents and prices are based on availability and may change due to weather and market conditions. If a substitution is necessary, we take great care to ensure your order closely matches your original flower choice, even if this means substituting flowers of higher value. While we will make every effort to contact you, there may be rare instances where we are unable to reach you in time. In such cases, we may proceed with substitutions to ensure your order ships on schedule, even without prior verbal confirmation.
As flowers are a natural product of Mother Nature and monitor resolutions can differ, the exact color tones of this flower may vary to some degree.
Wedding Collection Care Instructions
Your Wedding Collection flowers are shipped directly from our farms to your doorstep. Before shipping, we prepare them for their journey with proper hydration methods. For your convenience, a printed Care Instructions card is included with your order.
Please note: This collection includes several package options. Depending on which one you selected, your box may contain a combination of bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, toss bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces. The steps below apply to all included items.
Step 1: Unbox and Inspect
Bring your flowers indoors immediately upon delivery.
Use scissors to remove all outer plastic straps.
Carefully open the top of the box and verify your items match your selected package.
Step 2: Remove Arrangements from Packaging
Your arrangements are secured to an inner tray. For easier handling, one person should hold the outer box while another pulls the tray upward.
Discard the outer box once the tray is removed.
Start by removing smaller items like boutonnieres and corsages first. Handle all pieces gently and avoid bumping them against the box or one another.
Step 3: Hydrate the Flowers
Boutonnieres & Corsages
If your flowers arrived with water tubes:
Gently hold the water tube in one hand and pull back the soft plastic top (do not remove the flowers from the cap).
Remove the cotton wrap around the stems.
Fill the tube with clean, cool water and reseal it around the flower stems.
Do not push, pull, or apply pressure to the flowers when handling.
Light mist with spray water bottle or floral hydration spray.
Store in a cool, dark environment. You do not need to refrigerate these and can skip Step 3.
If your flowers did not arrive with water tubes:
Proceed directly to refrigeration. There is no need to cut stems or place them in water.
Refrigerate
Light mist with spray water bottle or floral hydration spray such as Crowning Glory. If using floral hydration spray, allow to dry before placing into refrigerator
Place the boutonnieres or corsages in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Keep them away from fruits and vegetables, which release gases that can damage flowers.
Ensure the refrigerator stays above 40°F — freezing temps can ruin the blooms.
Bouquets (Bridal & Bridesmaid)
Prepare vases with 3–4 inches of cool water and flower food.
Remove each bouquet by firmly holding the stems and unfastening the Velcro strap securing it to the tray.
Discard wrapping, including sponge and plastic sleeve.
Use clean, sharp floral shears to give bouquets a fresh cut.
Place in vase ensuring water level stays below ribbon to prevent staining or damage.
Add fresh water daily as needed.
Do not refrigerate. Store in a cool, dark environment.
Garlands
Step 1: Unpack and Inspect
Upon arrival, open the box and carefully inspect the garlands.
Step 2: Storage Before Use
Lightly mist the garlands with water, then rewrap them in the paper they arrived in and return them to the box.
Store the box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, drafts, or excessive heat.
As long as they remain in a cool environment, there is no need for refrigeration.
Step 3: Preparation and Display
When you're ready to decorate, remove the garlands from the box.
Mist again with water to help maintain freshness during your event.
Tips from Our Experts
We do not recommend cutting garlands, as this can cause unraveling or compromise the overall structure.
Our garlands are designed to be one-sided, with the wire-facing side intended to rest on a table or surface.
It is normal for fresh garlands to shed slightly when handled.
