The Perfect Woodsy Wedding!

I really wanted an outdoor forest themed wedding with neutral/earthy tones. I envisioned the floral aspect of my wedding to have more greenery than flowers. So I went with cream roses and peach roses as the focal flowers, a lot of eucalyptus, some extra greenery from the combo pack, and a textured filler pack. My textured filler pack ended up being fumigated at customs, which FiftyFlowers Customer Service called me the second they found out. They overnighted me a whole new box filled with a few of the same fillers and some other alternatives that I actually enjoyed more than some of the originals! A few of the fillers in the box that were fumigated still looked great enough to use for extras. The bridal party all worked on centerpieces together, and I definitely wanted more of a "wild," non-traditional look for these. Not one of the centerpieces matched perfectly, which is just what I was going for! There were 10 tables--each table had 1 larger vase and 2 smaller vases, so there were 12 larger vases and 24 smaller. We had quite a few extra flowers to use for the altar, aisle, cake, and some extra flowers to place around the venue!

Two of my bridesmaids work at FiftyFlowers, and they did an amazing job creating beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres! The day before the wedding was spent with my 5 bridesmaids, putting together centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres. It was such a fun process, and it was a great way to get us all to spend some quality time together before the busy, big day.
