If you've ever read The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh, you'll know that you can tell an entire story with the flowers you carry. I used delphinium for an open heart and for light, agapanthus for a love letter, eucalyptus to protect us, and ranunculus because I felt radiant. The ruscus was to convey humility - for the love and support we felt for and from our everyone. I put the bouquets together for me and my sister (my maid of honor) and loosely arranged the centerpieces in recycled jars.
