My brother's wedding was the first wedding I put together flower decorations for. The bride was about to rent some fake flowers for her decoration despite the fact that she really wanted fresh flowers but it was out of her budget. So she sent me photos she found on Pinterest and with a lot of help from dad and few girlfriends (who also pulled all nighter with me) we surpassed her expectations.
For tall arrangements I had hard time finding the right vases so I bought candlesticks on clearance at Joann"s and sprayed them with gold paint. I had someone buy my-self-made-vases from me as soon as I set them out on the tables and later two more brides called to buy them as well.
But my favorite part about this whole experience was to have stunning 600 roses fill my room for couple days.
