When you're planning your wedding you imagine an extraordinarily beautiful day! And then you get back to the budget. ha! My fiance and I picked our Top 3 Must Haves and unfortunately flowers did not make the list for him, but I did not break the budget or skimp on beauty, quality and quantity with Fifty Flowers! We had flowers EVERYWHERE.
I started by pinning my favorite bouquets online and then learning which flowers were used and then I'd look on Fifty Flowers. Their spreadsheets were extremely helpful deciding how many flowers we would need. You'll learn how to trim, water, care for, arrange bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces and how to transport flowers. My wedding was out of town, so this was a concern for me. My mom and I designed 4 bridesmaid bouquets, 1 grooms boutonniere, 1 bridal bouquet, 13 centerpieces, 2 arrangements for sign-in & gift tables, and still had flowers left over for our cake. I used 6 different types of flower and 4 different types of filler. I spent a total of $398 with Fifty Flowers. After pricing so many florists and flower options, i'm confident that we saved close to $1,500 by doing our own flowers. My bouquet alone was estimated at $250 with my local shops.
