It was a brisk fall day in Northeast Ohio. The church was set, the lovely bride was ready to marry her deserving groom. It was a simple wedding, a laid back girl from Ohio marrying a minister from Texas. The wedding was planned and executed in about 6 months. Not ones to be flamboyant, the bride requested simple yet elegant white roses for her bridal bouquet and dark burgundy and purples for her bridesmaids. The groom wore a single white rose with Bicolor Alstromeria, with the groomsmen wearing unique Burgundy Moonlight carnation boutonnieres. FiftyFlowers.com did an excellent job at providing my own wedding flowers back when I was married in 2008 - so when she reached out to my sister and I to ask for assistance in completing her dream ceremony we knew exactly where to go. The local florists offerings lacked originality and depth, so for the same price we were able to provide the bride and groom with lush, full bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, pew arrangements and even had extras for flower girl petals and small bouquets around the church as compared to the minimal, plain offerings from the local florist. The flowers were the perfect completion to bring the lavish detail and extraordinary touch to a simple and elegant wedding.
