The flowers all arrived on time with great email communication to ensure delivery and pick up. We found it was best to store the flowers in an airconditioned room to allow them to open.
To arrange the centerpiece flowers we set out all the decorated mason jars on long tables and filled them with water. We put out the flowers and about 10 pairs of scissors and let all the flower decorators get to work putting in a variety of flowers. Once finished, the arrangements were put back in the airconditioned room. My MOH and bridesmaid made my bouquet and their own by starting with one central flower, and adding on more while securing with floral tape. At the end they wrapped the handle with burlap and lace and secured with pins.
We put the flowers out about 1hr before the ceremony - and they lasted perfectly through the reception in 90 degree weather.
This was the PERFECT way to do flowers that required informal arranging, and in the middle of nowhere. Customer service was amazing when I had a concern about one type of flower - simply perfect.
