These water bags only do so much, so upon arrival, your blooms might look sleepy and thirsty. This is completely normal. 1. Gather your containers that are going to be holding your flowers.
2. Inspect them and ensure that they are clean and ready for use.
3. Fill the containers with about 4 inches of water, if you have flower food, follow the instructions on the package.
4. Remove the flowers from their packaging.
5. Ensure that all rubber bands, plastic, or foam is removed from your flowers before they are placed in water.
6. Remove any foliage that touches or is below the water line, if there is some touching this can shorten the life of your flowers.
7. Using sharp scissors at the bottom of the stem, cut an inch off at a diagonal.
8. Place immediately into your prepared water.
9. Avoid overcrowding; let your flowers breathe!
