I will be completely honest with you I was at first a little skeptical about a wholesale online flower company - I can say however that once ordered and talking to the helpful staff and then again when the flowers arrived, that my original worry was tossed aside.
The customer service I received was very friendly and helpful - and also helped calm my nerves (as I was planning my entire wedding I was a little stressed!). They also provided a video tutorial on how to care for the flowers once they came in until the day of the event (flowers arrive three days before the event) - this video helped me enormously.
Once the flowers arrived and I started removing them I realized that the company had very strict packaging standards - which ensured that my flowers for the event came to me perfectly - with no damage at all. The flowers were exactly what I had seen online, very beautiful and wrapped nicely in ribbons with pearl pins - they were just fantastic - and we received many compliments on them throughout the entirety of the event.
