DIY Flowers for the Flowers' Wedding

Since I was about to become Mrs. Flowers, I wanted to be surrounded by blooms on our wedding day! :]

Me, my bridesmaids, my mom and mother-in-law, and my sister-in-law spent the entire Thursday before the wedding and from 6 am until 10:30 am on the day of our wedding doing ALL of our flowers!

We made 24 centerpieces, 5 bridesmaid bouquets, my bridal bouquet, the groomsmen and groom boutonnieres, and enough boutonnieres and corsages for our parents, grown siblings, grandparents, and pastor. We also cut the heads off some of our flowers for the caterer to add to our cake, and the bridesmaids and I all used some kind of flower accent in our hairstyle for the wedding :]

We snuck some pheasant feathers into the bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces because not only was our venue named Pheasant Field Bed and Breakfast, I was marrying a man who raises pheasants as a hobby!

We also ordered rose petals from FiftyFlowers to line the bridge and aisle... they matched the silk floral garland I made for the arbor by the lake where we held our ceremony!

It was a happy, flower filled day at the Flowers' Wedding... FiftyFlowers by FAR had the best customer service and quality of any other wholesale vendor I used! I will definitely be using them for future Flowers' family festivities :]
