Our DIY Flower Box Subscription delivers a curated selection of fresh blooms and greenery from our farms straight to your door. Choose from weekly, every other week, or monthly billing options based on your preferred delivery frequency, with the flexibility to cancel at any time.
- Your first delivery will arrive 7 days after your initial order date. If this falls on a weekend, your flowers will be delivered the following Monday.
- While we cannot accommodate custom requests, each box features expertly curated, designer-quality arrangements crafted by skilled floral designers to bring you an assortment we know you'll love.

Your DIY Flower Kit Subscription Box arrives directly from our farms, with each bloom prepared and hydrated for its journey. If your flowers appear slightly wilted or “sleepy” upon arrival, this is normal, and they will revive with proper care.

Unpacking and Initial Inspection: Carefully open your box, inspect the flowers, and gently remove them by cutting any securing straps. Remove any packaging materials, such as plastic sleeves or newspaper wraps. If you notice any concerns upon arrival, keep the flowers in the box and contact us promptly at 1-877-50-ROSES (507-6737) for assistance.

Prepare Your Buckets: Ensure that your flower buckets are clean and disinfected. Fill each bucket with at least 4 inches of cool, fresh water. If you have flower food, follow the instructions on the packet for preparing the water.

Trimming the Stems: Using sharp scissors, cut each stem diagonally under running water to your desired length. Immediately place the cut stems in the prepared buckets to begin hydration.

Hydration Period: Allow the flowers at least 4 hours to hydrate, though they may need up to 12 hours to fully revive.

Placement and Storage: Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts, and excessive heat. Change the water every 24 hours to keep it fresh, and ensure the flowers have enough water, as they will absorb a significant amount upon arrival.

Bucket Space and Blooming Tips: Provide ample space in each bucket to allow airflow, helping the flowers bloom without crowding. To encourage blooming, place flowers in a warmer environment. To slow the blooming process, store them in a cooler space.
Note: Flowers may wilt prematurely if bacteria obstructs water absorption in the stems. To prevent this, regularly refresh the water and ensure buckets remain clean.
