Our flowers were scheduled to be delivered on 12/30 or 12/31 for my daughters wedding on 1/2 in Kauai. The baby's breath was delivered on 12/30 and was beautiful - we followed the instructions and had no problems at all. As for the centerpieces they arrived at 10am on 1/2 - we were frantic that we would not have centerpieces. Because the flowers were held at UPS there were several dead flowers and no time to get them fully hydrated. We used what we could to make our centerpieces and they still turned out wonderful. Much to my surprise on Monday the 4th of January I received a call from FiftyFlowers Customer service checking on the delivery of our order. They wanted to check and confirm that the flowers were delivered and if we had any issues. I explained what had happened and she asked me how many flowers didn't make it - I gave her a guesstimate and she stated that if I called her back she could confirm and issue me a refund. Several hours later (we were zip lining in Kauai) I received another call from their customer service department apologizing for the issues and letting me know that they were issuing me a full refund for the flowers. WHAT?!! Companies don't do this anymore - they called me, I never called them. I will sing my praises of this company to every bride, event planner, and anyone else who will listen. Not only did we have beautiful flowers but they provided above exceptional service. Thank you FiftyFlowers for making my daughter's stressful day much less stressful! Your customer service is AMAZING!!!
