+Your flowers will arrive looking thirsty and sleepy. This is absolutely NORMAL. Please refer to our Flower Care tab on this product page for a descriptive process on care and handling instructions.

++In the event that a substitution may be necessary, we take the utmost care in assuring that your order is as similar to your original flower choice as possible. While we will always try to reach you if this situation arises, occasionally time will not allow for this, and flower substitutions may be shipped without verbal confirmation from you. In the case of centerpieces, flowers within the same color palette will be used if possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or higher value.

**Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence.

We are working to bring your loved ones outstanding roses that open and last in a perfect state.
We are internationally recognized as a high quality grower of export standard Ecuadorian roses because we managed to keep a balance between the resources that our soil and our people offer us.

Flowers are shipped directly from our partner farms with no water tubes. Before shipping your flowers, we prepared them for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your flowers appear sleepy and thirsty after their journey it is absolutely NORMAL. Just follow these simple steps and the flowers will bloom delightfully.

  1. Remove flowers from box by cutting any straps and also remove all paper and plastic packaging covering the stems of the flowers. Do not remove the rubber bands holding the flowers together. Leave these on for the first 4 hours or if you wish until you are ready to start arranging flowers.
  2. Fill containers with at least 4 inches of fresh, cool water.
  3. Cut stems diagonally approximately a half an inch from bottom under running water with sharp scissors or knife.
  4. Immediately after cutting, place the stems in the prepared water.
  5. Allow flowers at least 4 hours to hydrate well.
  6. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts or excessive heat.
  7. Change water every 24 hours to keep flowers fresh. Assure that your flowers have sufficient water. The flowers will drink an exceptionally large amount of water upon arrival.

*If upon first inspection, you foresee a problem with your flowers, do not proceed processing your order. Leave the flowers intact in the box and call us immediately at 1-850-FLWRFIX (359-7349)

With flowers, packaging is so important. This order was for a wedding 2 days after the delivery date. That’s just how it is with fresh flowers…always on a time crunch.

Well, on the delivery date I opened up this box first( the daliahs were the focal flowers for this wedding). And every single head was popped off of the daliahs. The heads of the flowers were pointed at the top and bottom of the box. WHICH IS A HUGE NO NO. For this exact reason. Safe and secure in the center is the proper way to pack unsecured larger blooms. The tears started. I slowly started salvaging what I could and processing the other flowers. Unfortunately the scabiosa was dried and dead and unusable. The cornflower blooms were all buds and never did open up. When I requested them to re ship they refused and offered a $29 credit on a box worth $234.99.
I refused. I ended up having to purchase grocery store flowers to make up for the loss.
