Campground Wedding

We got married at the campground I wanted to get married at since I was a child! We have our family reunion every year and spend a week in the woods of southern Oregon. The camp is so dreamy and green, but I wanted there to be a lot of flowers too. A challenge was that since it was in a very rural location, there weren't many vendors, including florists, available, so I was so happy to find FiftyFlowers. Since the whole family was together at the camp for the week leading up to the wedding, it gave us lots of time to prepare.
We were shocked to open up all of the boxes of flowers and see how many there were! It filled the space with a wonderful eucalyptus smell. My grandma, mom, cousins, and I were able to make so many arrangements. My husband and I made about 150 small vases and pots in ceramics together as favors-- in some we planted small succulents, and in the others we made small, delicate arrangements. We also made some larger arrangements for the tables. My mom made several corsages and boutonnieres as well as my flower crown. I made my bouquet and my sister's. At the end we *still* had a lot of flowers left, so my grandmother borrowed a bucket from the camp staff and put together a massive arrangement for the front of the outdoor chapel. It was so special to make my flowers with my mom and grandma! The wedding as a whole was very homemade, with our ceramic favors, a cake I baked, decorations made by my aunt and me, and glass pouring unity ceremony facilitated by my sister, so it was just perfect to be able to do our own flowers too.
