• When placing your order, please select a delivery date 2 to 3 days before your event. However, this package contains various flowers, each with an ideal delivery date. Once we receive your order, we will review the ideal delivery date for each flower you select, and we will call you if changes to the delivery date are necessary.
• 200 Ecuadorian Roses. You choose the colors. 
• 30 to 40 stems of Hydrangea flowers. You choose between baby, standard, tinted standard, or giant Hydrangeas. Please refer to our Hydrangeas page to view our color options and care instructions.
  
• 20 grower's bunches of Filler Flower. You choose the filler.
• 10 grower's bunches of Hearty Greenery. You choose the green.
• 10 grower's bunches of Soft Greenery. You choose the green.
• Availability is year round.
  
• Imported flowers from our Ecuadorian, Colombian or USA flower farms.
  
• Expected vase life is a minimum of 8 days. 
  
• Your flowers will arrive looking thirsty and sleepy. This is absolutely NORMAL. Please refer to our flower care and handling for a more descriptive process.
  
• Due to variation in monitor resolutions, the exact colors of these flowers may vary to some degree.
  
• Package contents and prices are based on availability and are subject to change due to weather and market conditions.

Flowers are shipped directly from our Ecuadorian, Colombian, or Californian partner farms with no water tubes. Before shipping your flowers, we prepared them for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your flowers appear sleepy and thirsty after their journey, it is absolutely NORMAL. Just follow these simple steps and the flowers will bloom delightfully.

1. Remove flowers from box by cutting any straps and also remove all paper and plastic packaging covering the stems of the flowers. Do not remove the rubber bands holding the flowers together. Leave these on for the first 4 hours or if you wish until you are ready to start arranging flowers. 
2. Fill containers with at least 4 inches of fresh, cool water. 
3. Cut stems diagonally approximately a half an inch from bottom under running water with sharp scissors or knife. 
4. Immediately after cutting, place the stems in the prepared water. 
5. Allow flowers at least 4 hours to hydrate well. 
6. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts or excessive heat. 
7. Change water every 24 hours to keep flowers fresh. Assure that your flowers have sufficient water. The flowers will drink an exceptionally large amount of water upon arrival.

For your Wedding or Special Event, we recommend that you arrange to have your Wedding Flowers Combo Pack delivered 2 days before the actual event. For a Saturday wedding your flowers should be delivered on the Thursday before the wedding. However, this package contains various flowers, each with an ideal delivery date. Once we receive your order, we will review the ideal delivery date for each flower you select, and we will call you if changes to the delivery date are necessary.

• FiftyFlowers uses FedEx for overnight delivery service. All deliveries should arrive by 5pm on your chosen delivery date and your flowers will most likely be delivered before 10:30am. Delivery time depends on service available to your address. Please contact FedEx and ask them the guaranteed delivery time for the specified delivery zip code. 
• Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday. 
• The day before your selected delivery date, you will receive an automatically generated tracking number which you can use to track your package online at www.FedEx.com. 
• In order to ensure proper flower delivery, FedEx might require signature at time of delivery. Please arrange to have somebody home to ensure proper delivery. If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery. 
• Each order must have a valid and working telephone number. FedEx will not accept any orders without a working telephone number. 
• Please review your shipping address carefully. If you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result. Any shipping redirects or changes will incur a $10 fee and changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping tracking number has been assigned. 
• FiftyFlowers.com is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In the event that there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx directly.
